Maui Wowi Hawaiian Partners with Popchips for the 2013 GoPro Mountain Games in Vail, Colorado

A fresh made smoothie and bag of popchips will be offered as a combo as Maui Wowi joins the snack company as a vendor at the adventure sports celebration.

Greenwood Village, Colo. (PRWEB) June 05, 2013 - Maui Wowi Hawaiian has teamed up with popchips, a healthy alternative snack option, to take on the country’s largest celebration of adventure sports as a vendor at The GoPro Mountain Games in Vail, Colorado, June 7-9, 2013. The annual outdoor event is hosted by the Vail Valley Foundation and features sports competitions from 23 disciplines such as cycling, bouldering, kayaking, and mountain biking.

A Maui Wowi Franchisee from Colorado, where the company is based, will be blending from his mobile event unit called the Ka’anapali cartand serving combo orders that include a fresh made Maui Wowi smoothie and a bag of popchips.

The 2013 GoPro Mountain Games welcome over 45,000 spectators to Vail each summer, according to their website. In addition to the sporting events, there is art, live music, and vendors. The adventure begins on June 6 with two competitions at 10 a.m. and a free concert later that evening. On Friday, June 7, the rest of the competitions get underway and continue through Sunday, June 9th.
