Maui Wowi Hawaiian Gets 'Green’ and Opens Location in Boynton Beach, Florida

The newest location for Maui Wowi’s fresh fruit smoothies and Hawaiian coffees is now open in Boynton Beach, Florida. The store features green building materials in an effort to reduce the environmental footprint of the company’s locations as it commits to responsible building practices.

Greenwood Village, CO (PRWEB) June 19, 2013 - Maui Wowi Hawaiian has officially kicked off summer with the opening of their newest location in Boynton Beach, Florida. Owned and operated by Franchisee, Freddie Hazan, the store boasts state-of-the-art building materials and has been transformed into a Hawaiian paradise.

“Working together with our vendors and with Freddie, we were able to create a store that represents our commitment to reducing our environmental footprint and to building locations more responsibly,” said Eric Richardson, Senior Project Manager for Maui Wowi Hawaiian.

Hazan’s store features some of the latest in green building materials. All interior lighting is LED, flooring is made of recycled airplane and truck tires, and the counters are all made of rapidly renewable Kirei Board.

The new store is located at 307 E. Woolbright Road, near I95, in Boynton Beach, Florida, an up-and-coming city located in Palm Beach County. It is connected to a luxury apartment complex called Las Ventanas and is an ideal place for this growing community to gather and enjoy Maui Wowi’s premium Hawaiian coffees and espresso beverages, and to cool off with a fresh fruit smoothie.

This is the first location for Hazan who became a franchisee last year. He, along with his family and employees, have been actively promoting the location and letting the community know that their doors are now open. The lines of customers continue to grow each day as more people gather to try the newest beverage in town. Maui Wowi offers collectible tiki cups in a variety of colors that can be refilled at a discount.
