Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Central Indiana Receives High Achievement for Customer Service

While under new management for less than one year, the full service plumbing franchise earned the Angie’s List SuperService Award for 2012 and also achieved accreditation with the Central Indiana Better Business Bureau.

To remain competitive, Gallup said he monitors what is going on in the community and the close-knit family of plumbers. He said he also listens to customer feedback.

That attention to the customer and following a set of standards also is what helped Mr. Rooter of Central Indiana earn accreditation by the BBB. The accreditation standards includes: building trust in the marketplace, maintaining honesty in selling and advertising, making a good faith effort to quickly resolve customer complaints.

Gallup said he is proud of what the team has accomplished so soon, but said he still has a big goal to reach. “Our vision is to become the best plumbing company in Central Indiana, not the biggest,” he said. “To accomplish our vision we have two priorities.
