HoneyBaked Summer Wedge Salad (serves four)

1. Prepare four slices of HoneyBaked Thick Cut Sweet Glaze Bacon according to directions. Allow to cool completely, then crumble.
2. Wash and remove the core from a head of iceberg lettuce. Drain well, cut into quarters and set aside on four plates.
3. Wash and dry ½ cup blueberries.
4. Crumble three tablespoons of blue cheese into a bowl. Stir in ¼ cup plain yogurt, three tablespoons of Mascarpone cheese and one tablespoon of milk until combined, but still chunky. Drizzle each salad wedge with the dressing mixture.
5. Sprinkle each wedge with the bacon crumbles and blueberries, then serve.
