Aurora, CO (PRWEB) July 09, 2013 - With a decade of working in education and a lifetime involved in business, John Comandari knows what it takes to run a company and to help others improve. That’s why, when he decided to open a new business, he decided to open The Growth Coach of Aurora, Colorado.
The Growth Coach is the only pure business and sales coaching franchise dedicated to helping business owners, leaders, management teams, sales people and self-employed professionals. The company was founded in 2002 in Cincinnati and is now in more than 140 markets.
“I discovered The Growth Coach because I was searching for a business that helped others to find and cultivate their talents. I love to meet people and help them realize their dreams,” he said. “As a teacher, I became addicted to seeing growth in children and I wanted to bring that same passion to the business community.”
Comandari, who has a B.A. in organizational development and is completing his Master of Science in organizational leadership at Regis University, was born in El Salvador to Palestinian and Sicilian parents. He grew up in the family businesses of running a grocery store and a video game store. Comandari later owned three companies specializing in parking lot striping, janitorial and snow removal before becoming a teacher and education administrator. He said that experience in business – and his family’s early struggles in America – will help make him a great coach.
“As an immigrant to this country, I am empathetic to people in strife. We came from a very wealthy family, but came to America with nothing … My mother taught us through example to do whatever it takes to push ahead in life. I try to incorporate this blue-collar, scrappy, fighter mentality to everything I do. I believe it takes this attitude to be an effective Growth Coach. My clients should be assured of my willingness to ‘get in the trenches’ with them,” Comandari said.
Anthony Pfeiffer, who built a youth scouting and leadership program with Comandari, says it’s his friend’s strength and compassion that will make him a great Growth Coach.
“John is, in my experience with him, a combination of a form and design – which makes him incredibly strong. He will lay down everything if another is in need, and has the education to recognize when and where that need is greatest. His concern is sincere and is evident upon the first meeting with him!” Pfeiffer said. “John empowers those with whom he has contact, with their own inner strength. He enables, and inspires those that have had the privilege to have met him.”
The Growth Coach of Aurora will cover Englewood, South Aurora and Littleton. The Growth Coach was recently named Entrepreneur Magazine’s #1 Business Coaching/Consulting Franchise and also has been recognized by USA Today, Starting Your Own Business and The Wall Street Journal.
