Budget Blinds provides window coverings for the Blog Cabin home renovation and sweepstakes.

Orange, CA (PRWEB) July 30, 2013 - Budget Blinds, the largest window coverings franchise in the nation, has become the exclusive window coverings sponsor of DIY Network’s annual interactive homebuilding series, Blog Cabin. The sponsorship is part of an ongoing partnership with DIY Network.

Premiering tonight, July 29 at 9:30 p.m. ET, the popular primetime program invites viewers and fans to design the 2013 Blog Cabin in hopes of winning the finished product; a mid-1800s coastal cottage situated on three acres of gorgeous waterfront property in Atlantic, NC.

This year’s Blog Cabin follows Chris Grundy and DIY Network’s all-star team of renovation experts – Matt Blashaw of Yard Crashers, Jason Cameron of Desperate Landscapes, Anitra Mecadon of Mega Dens, Matt Muenster of Bath Crashers, Josh Temple of House Crashers and Alison Victoria of Kitchen Crashers – as they transform the original 1,600-square-foot home into a dream vacation retreat boasting three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, nearly 2,000 sq. ft., outdoor entertainment areas, a private dock and beautiful views.

Starting July 29, until Sept. 13 at 5 p.m. ET, viewers can enter online twice daily for a chance to win the fully renovated Blog Cabin – once on DIYNetwork.com and once on HGTVRemodels.com. As the window coverings sponsor, Budget Blinds will install over 30 Enlightened Style™ sheer shades in the home to contribute to its amazing renovation. The window coverings will be featured in three of DIY Network’s Blog Cabin episodes: Bath Crashers on Aug. 12 at 9:30 p.m. ET, Mega Dens on Aug. 19 at 9:30 p.m. ET, and the one-hour Blog Cabin special on Sept. 12 at 9 p.m. ET.
