Office Evolution Inks Deal with Franchisees in New Jersey

Suhash and Ulka Bhavsar both bring years of business savvy to Office Evolution’s growing list of capable partners and will provide the local business community an affordable and flexible office solution. This agreement marks Office Evolution’s third franchise deal as well as Suhash and Ulka’s first franchise venture.

Suhash and Ulka each bring over a decade of business experience, with expertise in commercial real estate and marketing. This background perfectly complements Office Evolution’s services which include permanent and on-demand office space, meeting spaces, telephone answering, fax and administrative assistance to small businesses. The husband and wife duo first met while both working at Prudential. Ulka later earned a Masters in Real Estate from New York University which she used to underwrite commercial loans at CW Capital. Suhash has utilized his MBA in Marketing from Duke University to market products globally for General Electric and other Fortune 500 companies. Young yet experienced, the couple has valuable qualities that make them an ideal fit for Office Evolution’s franchise model because they understand the complexities of today’s market and nuances of successful business strategies.
