Mr. Rooter® Awards Franchises in the Second Quarter of 2013

Mr. Rooter welcomes two new franchisees.

Waco, TX (PRWEB) August 12, 2013 - In the second quarter, Mr. Rooter expands its existing franchisee base by adding two new franchisees, and four franchisees purchased additional territories. Mr. rooter has received recognition as a part of the Franchise 500® awarded by Entrepreneur Magazine as well as receiving recognition on the Military Friendly Franchises® list determined by G.I. Jobs magazine and the Best for Vets ® list compiled by Military Times.

Mr. Rooter provides full-service expert assistance in residential and commercial plumbing for consumers, but for entrepreneurs and licensed plumbers, Mr. Rooter provides tested systems, values and business expertise to promote long-term business growth and accomplishment.

The plumbing franchise awarded new franchise contracts to:

• Ken Ryan, Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Sierra Vista, Benson, Ariz.
• Rich Lorenzen, Mr. Rooter of Lincoln, Neb.

The following franchisees bought existing locations: 

• Brian Lapierre, Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Rhode Island
• David Tourville, Mr. Rooter of Holyoke, Mass.
• Mark Mcgaughy, Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Dallas/Ft. Worth
• Michael Pant, Mr. Rooter of Montcalm, Six Lakes, Mich.

Many of the new franchise owners and their team members attended a one-week basic training course on best practices, management and leadership techniques, customer service and marketing at the company’s corporate office in Waco, Texas.

Mr. Rooter has an established and professional system. For example, technicians wear covers over their shoes inside the customer’s home or business to protect their property. They also provide accurate pre-job pricing by utilizing a menu pricing guide that ensures there are no surprises about the cost of service.
