FranConnect Brings Nation’s CEOs Together to Discuss Most Critical Strategies for Franchise Success

The FranConnect CEO Growth Circle is a free, monthly hour and 15 minute-long virtual forum open to all CEOs, COOs, presidents and founders of franchise organizations. This groundbreaking meeting event, which provides an additional resource and environment for discussing trending topics on the business front, will include more than 50 CEOs that have committed to the CEO Growth Circle group and have completed – or are in the process of completing – their business assessments and confidentiality agreements.
CEO Growth Circle members are grouped after responses to their complimentary, comprehensive needs assessment is completed to ensure executives are paired with like- minded individuals in non-competitive groups based on system size, carefully matched business sectors, system revenues, years in business and based on prioritized areas of opportunity. Each participant completes a confidentially agreement so the discussion can be an open and honest dialogue amongst colleagues shared only with those participating in the group.
