Dickey’s Barbecue Catering Hotline Serves up Record Sales

1-866-BARBECUE Surpasses Sales Expectations

The Dickey’s Barbecue national hotline, 1-866-BARBECUE, today announced sales from this new channel have surged over the $5 million mark and continue to break monthly sales records, making Dickey’s the number one barbecue catering service in the nation.

Dickey’s Barbecue national catering hotline vets almost 3,000 calls and on-line inquiries monthly and the business heats up during the holidays. 1-866-BARBECUE gives customers direct access to live catering experts who answer questions, customize orders, and recommend options. Catering services ranges from personal box lunches to full-service buffet for any size. The hotline aims to personalize the catering process while maintaining ease and affordability.
