Owners Celebrate Grand Opening with Free Subs

SURPRISE, Ariz. – October 24, 2013 - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled Jersey Shore-style subs, officially opened its doors in Surprise on October 23. Franchise owners Bill and Leslie Mapes held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, October 23 to Sunday, October 27 to support Kingswood Elementary School and the West Point PTSA.

The new restaurant, located at 14071 West Bell Road, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to Kingswood Elementary School or the West Point PTSA.

Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike's continued its steady growth in 2012 opening 92 new restaurants throughout the country, a 33 percent increase in new store growth over 2011.
