Owners Celebrate Grand Opening with Free Subs

December 5, 2013 - Hopkins, MN - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled Jersey Shore-style subs, officially opened its doors in Hopkins on December 4. Franchise owners Michael McGuire, Joseph Moll, Joe Nachtrab and Luke Nachtrab held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, December 4 to Sunday, December 8 to support Alice Smith Elementary School, L.H. Tanglen Elementary School, and Benilde-St. Margaret’s School.

The new restaurant, located at 525 Blake Road North, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to Alice Smith Elementary School, L.H. Tanglen Elementary School, and Benilde-St. Margaret’s School. Customers presented the fundraising coupon to participate.

Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike's continued its steady growth in 2012 opening 92 new restaurants throughout the country, a 33 percent increase in new store growth over 2011.
