Owner Celebrates Grand Opening with Free Subs

December 5, 2013 - Indian Trail, NC - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled Jersey Shore-style subs, officially opened its doors in Indian Trail on December 4. Franchise owner Rodger Blake-Ward held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, December 4 to Sunday, December 8 to support Sun Valley High School. This latest opening marks the 25th Jersey Mike’s in the greater Charlotte area.

The new restaurant, located at 6580 Old Monroe Road, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to Sun Valley High School. Customers presented the fundraising coupon to participate.

Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike's continued its steady growth in 2012 opening 92 new restaurants throughout the country, a 33 percent increase in new store growth over 2011.
