Dickey's Barbecue Pit Says Howdy to New Simi Valley Location

Nation's Largest Barbecue Franchise Opens 40th Location in California

SIMI VALLEY, Calif. - Jan. 6, 2014 // PRNewswire // - On Thursday, January 9 at 11:00 a.m. the new Dickey's Barbecue in Simi Valley will open its doors for business. The first 50 dine-in customers who purchase an item on that day will receive a gift card loaded with up to $50 to Dickey's Barbecue.

"I'm thrilled to be a part of the expansion of Dickey's Barbecue in California," said franchise owner Arman Grigoryan. "People love the food and the atmosphere, I can't wait to celebrate with the community."

Friday, customers will enjoy a day full of merchandise giveaways. On Saturday, radio station 105.1 FM will be on site from noon to 2:00 p.m. and this location will be serving $2 Pulled Pork Barbecue sandwiches. Other giveaways include a $500 gift card and FREE barbecue for an entire year.

Arman Grigoryan lived in Texas for four years and became a big fan of Dickey's Barbecue Pit. He loved the food so much, he decided to open his own. Grigoryan plans to open three more locations next year. This is the 40th Dickey's Barbecue Pit to open in California.
