Dickey's Barbecue Pit Throws Party for New Turlock Location

California Loves the Nation's Largest Barbecue Franchise

TURLOCK, Calif. - Jan. 6, 2014 // PRNewswire // - Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Turlockwill have a grand opening celebration Thursday, January 9 to Saturday, January 11for their new location and the entire community is invited. The first 50 dine-in customers will receive a gift card for up to $50.

"We are excited to be a part of Dickey's Barbecue and their continued growth in California," said local owner Rafael Armenta, Jr. "Dickey's Barbecue offers quality food that locals will enjoy, plus we have free soft serve."

Friday, customers will enjoy a day full of Dickey's Barbecue merchandise giveaways. The celebration continues Saturday with $2 Pulled Pork Barbecue sandwiches and giveaways for a $500 gift card. Also, radio station KAT Country 103 will be onsite from 1:00p.m to 3:00p.m.

Business partners Rafael Armenta, Jr. and Martin Lopez have combined experience of 20 years in the restaurant business. They plan to open more Dickey's Barbecue locations in the future. This is the 42nd Dickey's Barbecue Pit to open in California.
