Kitchen Tune-Up Recognizes Myrtle Beach Franchise

Kitchen Tune-Up has awarded Myrtle Beach, SC franchise owners Russ & Pat Widmer with their National Customer Service Award for 2013.

Aberdeen, SD, February 13, 2014 - (PR.com) - Kitchen Tune-Up, the leading kitchen and bath remodeling franchise, has awarded Myrtle Beach, SC franchise owners Russ & Pat Widmer with their National Customer Service Award for 2013. The honor was presented at Kitchen Tune-Up’s annual convention on January 24th in Tampa, Florida.

Kitchen Tune-Up evaluates all franchises on a monthly basis, looking for one that most exemplifies the company Trustpoints. These Trustpoints include guaranteeing their estimates, returning calls within 24 hours and working within each client’s schedule. Additionally, the company looks at the number of customer comment cards returned each month. To win the national award, the owner must have been awarded one of the twelve monthly honors as well as maintained the highest customer service standards throughout the year.

In addition to this award and many similar honors, the Widmers were named the national Franchise of the Year in 2011. They have been remodeling kitchens & bathrooms for Myrtle Beach area clients since 2002. Kitchen Tune-Up is also a family business for the Widmers.
