Twin Peaks Now Brewing Made-From-Scratch Beers

Twin Peaks Opens Brewery in Irving, TX and celebrates with $.99 cent house-brewed draft beers in All DFW Locations at Happy Hour

April 08, 2014 // Franchising.com // DALLAS, TX – Beer Hunters, unite! Twin Peaks, the mountain-lodge themed sports restaurant, has recently launched the Twin Peaks Brewing Company, in conjunction with Twin Peaks Irving at 1500 Market Place Blvd. The new brewery will now create the Twin Peaks' two signature draft beers, the Knotty Brunette and Dirty Blonde, to all DFW restaurants.

To celebrate the opening of the Twin Peaks Brewing Company and the 9th year anniversary, Twin Peaks is promoting their Knotty Brunette and Dirty Blonde house beers for $.99 cents on Monday, April 7th through Friday, April 11th! This promotion will be good during Happy Hours only at all DFW locations this week.

To launch the new brewery, Twin Peaks has hired Brew Master, Tom Janik, who brings almost two decades of personal brewing knowledge to Twin Peaks. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science Technology, he then attended the Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago where he was granted a diploma in Brewing Technology.

"We're thrilled to introduce Tom as our Twin Peaks Brew Master," said Randy DeWitt, CEO of Twin Peaks Restaurants, "We wanted our Twin Peaks beers to be our own recipes. We have such a targeted focus on beer and take such great efforts to serve it in a freezing mug that serving our own beer was the natural next step."

"Our beer will have the same strict expectations as our food," Janik explains, "Which includes being fully made-from-scratch, using the best ingredients possible, and consistently executing at high-quality standards."
