Local Fitness Experts Open New Indoor Boot Camp to Accommodate Overwhelming Demand

Announce Grand Opening of Hauppauge Fit Body Boot Camp

Hauppauge, NY (PRWEB) April 24, 2014 - Hauppauge Fit Body Boot Camp is excited to announce the Grand Opening of their new stand-alone indoor boot camp location on April 28th due to the overwhelming demand for their 30-minute fat burning workouts in their already established Huntington Fit Body Boot Camp location.

This new Hauppauge boot camp will move from its 253 West Main Street sublease inside of the lower level of Gold Medal Gymnastics in Smithtown, NY to a new stand-alone fitness studio found at 956 Wheeler Road in Hauppauge, NY. Owners of the new Hauppauge Fit Body Boot Camp, Ahmed and Kathy Tafti, say they are more than excited about the move because now they are able to have the extra space and expanded hours needed to provide the perfect environment for their members to get in shape.

Kathy explains, "Our boot camper members will be getting a whole new boot camp experience! Having our own studio means more equipment for more dynamic boot camp sessions with TRX suspension trainers, military monkey bars, and much more." She adds, "We are also expanding our hours to include new evening session times along with launching family bootcamp workouts and workshops. We're really excited at the idea of being able to host more charity drives and lots of other fun events that we could not do with a sublease."

Hauppauge Fit Body Boot Camp will offer the same signature 30-minute fat-burning workouts that have helped many of their Huntington boot camp members see rapid results. Expanded hours for the new boot camp now include: 5:00 p.m., 5:45 p.m., 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, in addition to their regular Monday through Thursday operating hours: 5:45 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 9:45 a.m., and their Saturday and Sunday hours: 7:00 a.m.

Michelle Bontempi, a dedicated boot camp member who's looking forward to the Grand Opening of Hauppauge Fit Body Boot Camp, says, "I am so excited to continue in the new studio in Hauppauge! I have been on my fitness journey since mid January and have been met with much support and enthusiasm. I can't wait to see the new equipment and the challenging exercises to come!"

To celebrate the move, Hauppauge Fit Body Boot Camp will host a boot camp workout to raise money for the charity, Autism Speaks, an autism advocacy organization that sponsors autism research and conducts awareness and outreach activities aimed at the public. The date for this event is yet to be determined.
