Owners Celebrate With Free Sub Fundraiser

May 02, 2014 // // Frankfort, IL - Jersey Mike's Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Frankfort on April 30. Franchise owners Mac Shimmon and Bud Patel held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, April 30 to Sunday, May 4 to support Lincolnway East High School and Lincolnway North High School.

The new restaurant, located at Route 30 & La Grange Road, circulated 15,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to Lincolnway East High School and Lincolnway North High School.

"We are so excited to bring the Jersey Mike's brand to Frankfort," said Shimmon.
