Owner Celebrates With Free Sub Fundraiser

June 27, 2014 // Franchising.com // Nashville, TN - Jersey Mike's Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Nashville on June 25. Franchise owner Dan Patel, along with managing partner Shelia Holman, held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, June 25 to Sunday, June 29 to support the YMCA.

The new restaurant, located at 2288 Lebanon Pike, circulated 2,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to the YMCA.

"We're reviving the Jersey Mike's brand in Nashville by opening new shops and updating existing locations," said Patel. "It's a great period of development for us nationwide and we still have room to grow in Tennessee."

Patel added, "Every Jersey Mike's grand opening focuses on a five day fundraiser to support a local organization. Teaming up with the YMCA allows us to give back to our community in a meaningful way."
