The findings were compiled from data by Technomic's Consumer Brand (CBM) program which runs over 95,000 consumer surveys per year and offers insights on perceptions from recent experiences across 128 leading U.S. restaurant brands.

According to the Technomic data, 53% of Generation X (aged 38-48, born between 1966 and 1976) and 57% of Baby Boomers (aged 49-68, born between 1946 and 1965) strongly agreed that they would return to Papa Murphy's in the near future. Papa Murphy's garnered the strongest intent to return for both Gen Xers and Boomers. Papa Murphy's ranked second for Millennials with 52% (aged 22-37, born between 1977 and 1992).
Key attributes driving intent to return for Baby Boomers include staff friendliness, excellent reputation, prices relative to similar restaurants and payment handling timeliness while Generation Xers noted cleanliness, convenient location, and beverage variety and quality.
