The restaurant is located at 200 University Blvd, Suite 400, and will be managed by multi-unit MOOYAH restaurant owner Jeff Kullman, and his sons Jason and Josh.
Jeff and his two sons opened their first MOOYAH restaurant in Flower Mound, Texas in 2010, followed by locations in Southlake and Plano in 2011 and 2013, respectively. Their fourth restaurant opening in Round Rock marks the brand's 37th location in the state of Texas.
"It's exciting to see how far we've come. We initially decided to join MOOYAH after looking at everything they had to offer; it was a simple model that held a lot of value," Kullman said. "We were also very impressed by their exceptional Guest service, and frankly the product is delicious."
In 2009, Jeff decided to end his 27-year tenure in the home-building industry, and stepped away from his position as Division President at Kimball Hill to start a food venture with his sons. Serendipitously, as the Kullmans began considering business opportunities, Jason came across MOOYAH in an article, which sparked their interest in pursuing the customizable burger brand.
The family's restaurants have thrived since their first opening in 2010. The team has previously been recognized by MOOYAH Corporate as Franchisees of the Year in 2011 and most recently, Operators of the Year in 2014. Eager to serve more Texas communities, the Kullmans hope to open two more restaurants in the next four years.

At MOOYAH, Guests start their made-to-order burger experience by choosing from freshly-baked white or whole wheat buns, or a low-carb, bun replacement of iceberg lettuce leaves. Next, Guests have the option of never-frozen 100 percent American beef, Jennie-O® turkey or the mouthwatering black bean veggie patty, all decorated with unlimited veggies, a choice of 11 delectable sauces, five different cheeses, and other savory toppings such as Applewood bacon and sliced avocado.
In addition, the sides and dessert are not to be forgotten. MOOYAH French fries are not an afterthought, but a crucial component of the whole MOOYAH experience. The daily-cut spuds are always cooked fresh, and transformed into the perfect French fries through a proprietary six-step, 24-hour process. Guests also have the option of the ever-popular Sweet Potato Fries. To offset the savory side of the menu, MOOYAH offers handcrafted shakes made with 100 percent real ice cream. Like their burgers, MOOYAH shakes can be customized with fun ice cream flavors and sweet toppings such as M&M's®, cookie dough and Reese's® PB cups.
MOOYAH has plans to continue its sustained expansion, and predicts the brand will add over 1,000 jobs to local communities through its restaurant openings in 2014.
