Maui Wowi Hawaiian Opens a New Oasis in the Beach Community of Oceanside, Calif.

Another California city is getting a taste of the islands with Maui Wowi's fresh fruit smoothies and authentic Hawaiian coffees, as local franchisee opens her first store since relocating from London with the E-2 Visa program.

August 06, 2014 // Franchising.com // Greenwood Village, CO - Maui Wowi Hawaiian, premium coffee and fresh fruit smoothie retailer, has done it again with a new location now open in Oceanside, California. This is the second store to open in the state within the past few months, as the company continues to experience growth and demand in the California market. The Oceanside location is owned and operated by franchisee Nandini Chatterjee.

Chatterjee is one in a growing number of franchisees who are making the move to the U.S. through business ownership and the E-2 Visa program.As a United Kingdom native, Chatterjee was looking to fulfill her dream to become a business owner and move to America with her husband and young daughter. With her dream now realized, she is ready to open up shop and begin the next phase in her adventure.

The Maui Wowi location offers the community a fun island atmosphere where they can gather to enjoy a freshly blended smoothie or premium caffeinated beverage. The family friendly company serves smoothies that are gluten-free, fat-free, and blended with the highest quality ingredients.

Maui Wowi has a stronghold in the California market with over 30 franchisees in the state and numerous fixed locations including Camp Pendleton in San Diego, Pier 39 in San Francisco, as well as Highland and Oceanside. The Maui Wowi in Oceanside is open for business and is located at 401 Mission Ave. at Ocean Place Cinemas on the corner of Mission Ave. and N. Coast Highway. It is open Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. A Grand Opening Celebration will be held later this summer.
