Kinderdance Celebrates 35 years at the Annual Continuing Education Conference

August 07, 2014 // Franchising.com // Melbourne, FL, - July 2014 Kinderdance® celebrated Thirty Five Years at its 35th annual "Continuing Education Conference" July 24-26 at The Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Franchisees from around the world gathered to learn and share new and exciting teaching concepts and dance programs that help in the fight against childhood obesity.

The Kinderdance employees, franchise owners, and guests attended the President’s Reception on Thursday evening and the Franchisee Awards Dinner on Saturday night.

Why Kinderdance®? Thirty Five Years ago, Kinderdance® was born out of the idea to reach out to as many young children as possible and involve them in a dance and gross motor development program blended with academics. The Kinderdance® programs are an integral part of a child’s school day focusing on a child’s total mind/body development. All of the Kinderdance® programs are designed to prepare children to enter the mainstream educational system both physically and mentally.

"Our goal is to reach out to as many children as possible across the US, Canada and the World to prepare their minds and bodies for future athletic and academic pursuits. Also, we want to reach out to all those who would join us and take up this challenge as a lifetime career" says Kinderdance President, CEO Richard Maltese.

All Kinderdance franchisees have successfully completed their Kinderdance training program and are currently certified to teach Kinderdance® programs to young children in their communities.

"For young children, movement, music and dance are natural tools for fitness, learning and communicating while expressing their feelings," says Kinderdance President, CEO Richard Maltese.
