Award-Winning Sub Franchise Expands Vegas Presence On Craig Road

August 25, 2014 // Franchising.com // LAS VEGAS – Capriotti's Sandwich Shop opens the doors to its latest 24-hour Las Vegas location on Craig Road. Sandwich lovers have a reason to celebrate as the 32nd Las Vegas Capriotti's will continue the 38-year-old tradition of roasting whole, all-natural turkeys in-house daily to create its popular subs.

Committed to providing the best tasting sandwiches possible since 1976, Capriotti's uses fresh ingredients to create their unique subs, known across 15 states and federal districts. Some of the award-winning sandwiches include the sandwich shop's signature creation, The Bobbie®, made with in-house roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, homemade stuffing and a hint of mayo on a freshly baked roll and the SlawBeJoe® created with homemade roast beef, provolone cheese, coleslaw and Russian dressing. Capriotti's also offers a wide variety of meatless options like the Veggie Turkey as well as an assortment of customizable, hand-tossed salads such as the Cap's Creation, made with mixed greens, tomatoes, diced cucumbers and a wide assortment of toppings for guests to choose from.
