Jersey Mike's Opens First Brookefield Location

Owner Celebrates With Free Sub Fundraiser

September 3, 2014 - Brookfield - Jersey Mike's Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Brookfield on August 20. Franchise owner Brian Egan held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, August 20 to Sunday, August 24 to support Hillside Food Outreach.

The new restaurant, located at 227 Federal Road, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to Hillside Food Outreach.

"We're grateful to partner with a strong community organization such as Hillside Food Outreach to help with its mission to provide food to those in need," said Egan. "Brookfield is a wonderful place for us to open our doors and we welcome this opportunity to further develop the Jersey Mike's brand by giving back to the communities we serve."
