The new business will be located at 8515 Cedar Place Dr., Suite 101, and will service the Indiana counties of Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, Boone, Morgan, Johnson, Hancock, Madison and Shelby.
"As we grow our presence across the United States, we're thrilled to have Curt as a Master Franchise Owner in our system, and welcome his new expansion of Anago's incomparable cleaning services to Indianapolis," Adam Povlitz, Executive Vice-President for Anago Cleaning Systems, said. "His blend of strong business acumen and years of running successful Anago Master Franchises in Cincinnati and Dayton have created the foundation to drive new business ventures in this market, while upholding Anago's fundamental philosophies as stated in the vision, mission, and values of our organization."
Curt Albertson has been an Anago Master Franchisee for nine years having opened his first franchise in 2005 servicing greater Cincinnati. Then, in 2008, he expanded his territory and opened his second franchise in Dayton. Prior to Anago, Albertson worked as a representative in the premium/incentive industry selling in the states of Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky, and then owned a distributor company that sold to the premium/incentive industry nationally. As an avid entrepreneur, he even owned an embroidery, silk screening, and pad printing company that employed 80 people on three shifts.
"My decision to open my third Anago Master Franchise stems from my desire to expand further into the Midwest, as cities in this region share similar characteristics as Cincinnati and Dayton and have unlimited opportunity," Albertson said. "I look forward to developing relationships and building businesses in Indianapolis, while supporting my Franchisees through modern processes, best practices, and consistent support in the field to uphold business integrity and ensure exceptional service."
Specializing in all aspects of commercial cleaning such as nightly janitorial services, floor maintenance and carpet cleaning, Anago uses innovative cleaning techniques and constantly tests new methods to improve systems. Through its SmartCleanTM program, Anago clients receive a rotational, systematic service ensuring the highest level of cleanliness for the health of employees and clients.
Anago also touts green cleaning services to keep facilities environmentally-safe by using professional equipment, approved dispensing systems, microfiber products, and recyclable containers to eliminate bacterial transfer. Clients also enjoy a customized work schedule, 24/7 client support, log of all communications, security assurance that each uniformed professional Franchise Owner is bonded and insured and work with the highest regard for confidentiality and discretion.
The new opening highlights the growth of the commercial cleaning segment, which is a top business sector in high demand. Master Franchisees, many of whom use their strong background in sales, marketing, or business operations, have the potential to create dozens of small businesses in the local economy directly. Unit Franchisees focus on cleaning office buildings, medical facilities, manufacturing facilities, and just about any other commercial property, while Master Franchisees handle the administrative tasks, including everything from finding clients, to estimating and coordinating cleaning contracts, to billing and collections. Currently, with more than 35 Master Franchisees system-wide, Anago has proven its success and established its place at the forefront of the industry.
"Our national success is a direct outcome of our professional integrity and our business model, which offers multiple channels for growth within the Anago system," Povlitz said. "With our current growth in Indiana, we hope to inspire potential franchisees to take advantage of the possibilities available at Anago. We're very excited for another outstanding year of development and expansion in 2014."
Since its inception in 1989, Anago has continued to build new relationships within the industry, quickly becoming one of the most recognized names in commercial cleaning. The company has positioned itself on the fast track record for growth, opening more than 400 locations in the past two years.
