Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Pico Rivera Location

Owner Celebrates With Free Sub Fundraiser

September 30, 2014 - Pico Rivera, CA - Jersey Mike's Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Pico Rivera on September 17. Franchise owner Alvaro Garcia held a grand opening fundraiser from Wednesday, September 17 to Sunday, September 28 to support various community schools and organizations including: Pico Rivera Parks and Recreation, The Whole Child, El Rancho High School, Rio Vista Elementary School, Rivera Elementary School, and South Ranchito Elementary School.

The new restaurant, located at 8947 Washington Boulevard, circulated 30,000 flyers throughout the community containing various coupons. For each coupon that is redeemed, Jersey Mike's will donate $3 to the respective beneficiary.
