Jersey Mike's Subs Opens in Hixton
Owners Celebrate With Free Sub Fundraiser
September 30, 2014 - Hixton, TN - Jersey Mike's Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Hixson on September 24. Franchise owners Ryan Hendrix and Andrew Brooks, along with manager Jacob Lewis, held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, September 24 to Sunday, September 28 to support Hixson Elementary School.
The new restaurant, located at 5510 Highway 153, circulated 3,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Hixson Elementary School.
"We're looking forward to opening our next Jersey Mike's location here in Hixson," said Hendrix. "We love the tight-knit vibe of this community and we feel it will be a great fit for Jersey Mike's."
Hendrix added, "As we open our doors on September 24, we are proud to support Hixson Elementary School. At Jersey Mike's we have a tradition of giving back to our communities and we welcome this opportunity to make a difference for one of our local schools. We plan to continue our community involvement by partnering with a variety of local organizations in the coming months and years."
