The Entrepreneur's Source Welcomes Art Coley to Advisory Board

44-Year-Old Successful Entrepreneur and Company Growth Expert Joins The Entrepreneur's Source Advisory Board to Help Enhance Company Growth Strategies

October 17, 2014 // Franchising.com // SOUTHBURY, Conn. - The Entrepreneur's Source®, the nation's leading alternative career coaching franchise dedicated to the entrepreneur, announces that Art Coley, currently a consultant with AlphaGraphics, has joined the company's Advisory Board. Coley will work with other experienced franchise executives to give guidance and perspective in helping individuals find the right path in franchising and small business ownership, ensuring the growth and relevance of The Entrepreneur's Source in the franchise industry.

Coley has been a true entrepreneur from the beginning, opening a burger restaurant at the young age of 15 years-old, which he owned and managed until he left for the University of Houston. Prior to his executive role at AlphaGraphics, Coley joined ICED – an alliance of franchised printing and copying centers – first as the director of public relations, then as president of one of its brands, Computer Explorers, and lastly Coley was named executive vice-president of franchise development. Between his positions at ICED, Coley returned to his family restaurant and grew sales by more than 600 percent. The restaurant was recognized as one of the "Top 50" family-owned businesses in Texas by the Baylor University School of Business, and Coley was named "Business Man of the Year" by the Temple Chamber of Commerce.

In 2007, Coley joined AlphaGraphics as the Head of Global Development and was promoted to president and CEO in January 2012. Throughout his tenure with the company, he helped secure more than 300 franchise agreements, ensuring its continued growth. Feeling that his work at AlphaGraphics was accomplished, Coley stepped down as president and CEO and is now a consultant for the company to make certain a smooth transition to their new CEO.
