The recognition comes after an independent survey conducted by the Franchise Research Institute, in which 70 percent of all Arby’s franchisees participated.

The survey asked Arby’s franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions in categories such as overall quality, growth potential, support and communication.
Among the responses received from Arby’s franchisees:
- 90% gave a positive grade to the initial training supplied by the franchisor.
- 91% gave a positive grade to the initial opening support supplied by Arby’s.
- 91% rated the ongoing training and support provided by their franchisor positively.
- 96% gave a positive rating to the overall communication between Arby’s Support Center personnel and franchisees.
“High ratings from franchisees, when obtained confidentially, are evidence that a franchisor consistently meets or exceeds franchisee expectations. Arby’s understands this concept, and they work diligently to monitor and improve the support they provide to their franchisees,” says Johnson.
