Jersey Mike's Opens in 38th State - New Mexico!
Owners Celebrate With Free Sub Fundraiser
March 23, 2015 // Franchising.com // Albuquerque, New Mexico - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Albuquerque on March 18. Franchise owners Thomas McCollum and Jeffrey McCollum, along with operating partners Shane Jones and Jake McCollum, held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, March 18 to Sunday, March 22 to support Camp Enchantment.
The new restaurant, located at 2621 Coors Blvd., circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to Camp Enchantment.
