Franchisee Bill Ozler has been eagerly anticipating the opportunity to serve up smiles to bustling shoppers with the café's freshly baked treats, delicious specialty coffees and savory meal offerings.

The Westfield South Shore café, located at 1701 Sunrise Highway, Food Court 10, in Bay Shore, is the second Nestlé Toll House Café in New York and the 146th system-wide.
