Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Palos Heights Restaurant

Owner Celebrates With Free Sub Fundraiser

April 28, 2015 // Franchising.com // Palos Heights, IL - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Palos Heights on April 22. Franchise owner Mac Shimmon held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, April 22 to Sunday, April 26 to support Stagg High School, Elim School, and Shepard High School.

The new restaurant, located at 12801 S. Harlem Avenue, circulated 15,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Stagg High School, Elim School, and Shepard High School.

“I am so excited to bring the Jersey Mike’s brand to Palos Heights,” said Shimmon. “Partnering with three local schools for our grand opening fundraiser is a great way for us to become connected to the community. Our plan is to continue building long standing relationships within Palos Heights by giving back to different local organizations and causes. We invite everyone to join us in making a difference as we open our doors on April 22.”
