Jimmy’s Egg® Set To Open Fifth Franchised Restaurant In Texas

June 19, 2015 // Franchising.com // Edmond, OK – Jimmy’s Egg, LLC franchise group, Rocopan, LLC, will open its second Jimmy’s Egg® at 8900 Ohio Drive, Plano, TX in July 2015. This will be the 29th restaurant for the chain to open outside of the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. The restaurant will employ approximately 25 people and is the first of several businesses expected to open in a developing strip center situated in the exploding retail area of Plano.

Award-winning breakfast and lunch restaurant Jimmy’s Egg® brings Plano residents the opportunity to enjoy full cups of coffee and fresh-baked breads served by an attentive staff. The restaurant offers full service breakfast and lunch entrees seven days a week as well as hot breakfast and lunch catering options to the community. The restaurant also provides free Wi-Fi internet access to its guests.
