Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Belton Location
Owners Celebrate With Free Sub Fundraiser

Franchise owners Jim Mellon, Scott Irvine and Ed McCaffrey, along with operating partner Bobby Campbell, held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, July 15 to Sunday, July 19 to support Aware Central Texas.
The new restaurant, located at 2608 North Main St., circulated 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to Aware Central Texas.
“We are thrilled for this opportunity to open our doors here and make a difference in Belton,” said Mellon. “At Jersey Mike’s we are committed to giving back in every possible way we can and this grand opening fundraiser for Aware is a chance for us to raise money for a great cause.”
