Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Derby Location

Owner Celebrates With Free Sub Fundraiser

July 22, 2015 // // Derby, CT - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Derby on July 15. Franchise owner Brian Kelley of Paradigm Investments, along with operating partner Troy Davidson, held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, July 15 to Sunday, July 19 to support Special Olympics Connecticut.

The new restaurant, located at 50 Pershing Drive, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to Special Olympics Connecticut.

“We’re looking forward to opening our doors in Derby on July 15,” said Davidson. “We can’t think of a greater cause to support than Special Olympics. This is a particularly personal cause for our team, and I’m proud to be able to partner with them. If you haven’t donated to Special Olympics in the past, now is the perfect time.”
