August 19, 2015 // Franchising.com // Edmond, OK – Jimmy’s Egg, LLC will open the 45th Jimmy’s Egg® at 6440 O Street, Lincoln, NE in September 2015. This will be the 30th restaurant to open outside of the Oklahoma City metropolitan area and will employ approximately 25 people. The new restaurant is approximately 3200 square-feet and will seat 122 customers in booths, tables or at the counter where customers get a front row seat to the open kitchen concept. The restaurant provides free Wi-Fi internet access to its customers and hot breakfast and lunch catering options to the community.

Lunch offerings include fresh salads, savory sandwiches, juicy burgers and favorite luncheon entrees such as the Smoked Turkey Melt, Backyard Burger, Southwest Quesadilla Salad, Breaded Pork Chops, Chicken Quesadillas and a variety of lighter fare for the health conscious. Our entrees are made fresh every day with quality ingredients including premium options such as Hormel® Bacon, Jimmy Dean® Turkey Sausage, Tropicana® Pure Premium Orange Juice and International Delight® flavored creamers.
The restaurant will partner with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 to celebrate the grand opening with a ribbon cutting event.
