World's Largest Ice Cream Chain Announces Plans for New Ice Cream Shop in Fresno 

September 08, 2015 // Franchising.com // CANTON, Mass. - Baskin-Robbins, the world's largest chain of ice cream specialty shops, announced today the company is recruiting franchisees in California to develop new ice cream shops in San Diego and San Francisco. Currently, there are more than 450 Baskin-Robbins locations throughout California, with one new shop in development in Fresno with franchise group Khalsa Ice Cream.

As part of the company's growth throughout California, a new ice cream shop will be developed in Fresno with franchise group Khalsa Ice Cream. Led by Jaswant Mann, Rajvinder Mann, Santokh Singh, and Bhuphinder Singh, this group has more than 25 years of foodservice experience. Their first Baskin-Robbins location will open at 5125 W Goshen Ave. in Fresno in December.
