Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Mountain Brook Location

Owner Celebrates With Fundraiser

September 22, 2015 // Franchising.com // Mountain Brook, AL - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Mountain Brook on September 16. Franchise owner Patrick Decker, along with operating partner Justin Williams, held a grand opening fundraiser from Wednesday, September 16 to Sunday, September 20 to raise money for Vestavia Hills City Schools Foundation and Mountain Brook City Schools Foundation.

The new restaurant, located at 3150 Overton Road, circulated thousands of flyers throughout the community with various offers. For each offer redeemed, Jersey Mike’s will make a $2 donation to be split between Vestavia Hills City Schools Foundation and Mountain Brook City Schools Foundation.

“Opening a Jersey Mike’s in Mountain Brook has been a personal goal since becoming a franchise owner in 2005,” said Decker. “My wife grew up in this community and we are now raising our children here. We are excited to bring this exceptional brand into our neighborhood. During our grand opening fundraiser we are partnering with the local school foundations to support these influential organizations that help our community thrive.”
