Before joining Comfort Keepers, Fabik held leadership and coaching roles with Luxottica Retail, working with Sears Optical and LensCrafters.

When he was at Comfort Keepers, one of Fabik’s roles was to interface with owners as a business coach – whether that meant helping a successful franchisee realize she wanted to sell the business or providing additional support to help a single mom turn her failing franchise into a rousing success.

In addition to the work he’s going to be doing internally with the domestic network, Fabik will also continue to expand and strengthen the international network of master franchise owners who help lift up countries and communities around the world. He’s also in the conceptual stages of building a non-profit arm of the company to help spread entrepreneurial education and spirit to high school students around the world to foster more entrepreneurs in more countries doing more good things.
