Operating Partner Celebrates With Free Sub Fundraiser

October 21, 2015 // Franchising.com // Raleigh, NC - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Raleigh on October 14. Operating partner Zach Carroll held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, October 14 to Wednesday, October 21 to support Stough Elementary School PTA, J.W. York Elementary School PTA and Rex Healthcare Foundation.

The new restaurant, located in Old Raleigh Village at 3201 Edwards Mill Road, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Rex Healthcare Foundation. Additionally, we will be partnering with Stough Elementary School PTA and J.W. York Elementary School PTA for a week long fundraiser following the grand opening.

“I’ve been with Jersey Mike’s for about 8 and half years and managed a few different stores, but I grew up in this part of Raleigh and it is nice to move back to this community,” said Carroll. “It is kind of merging my two homes together; it means a lot to support the local schools and become a part of this community again. The Rex Healthcare Foundation is also a huge supporter of this community and the fact we can support an organization that supports so many families makes this fundraiser very worthwhile.”
