Jersey Mike's Subs Opens Second Tempe Location

Owners Celebrate With Free Sub Fundraiser

October 21, 2015 // Franchising.com // Tempe, AZ - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Tempe on October 14. Franchise owners Alicia Rosenfield and Duane Layton, held a grand opening and fundraiser from Wednesday, October 14 to Friday, October 23 to support Tempe School District.

The new restaurant, located at 1537 W. Broadway Rd., at the intersection of 55th St and Broadway, circulated thousands of flyers throughout the community offering various offers. For each offer redeemed, Jersey Mike’s will make a $2 donation to the participating schools from October 14 to October 23.

“At Jersey Mike’s we are committed to making a difference in the community,” said Layton. “The ten day grand opening fundraiser gives us a perfect opportunity to give back to the local schools. Everyone here has been so welcoming to us and we are excited to build and grow alongside such a great community.” Rosenfield & Layton have set a personal goal to raise $5,000 for the Tempe schools during this fundraiser.
