Owner Celebrates With Free Sub Fundraiser

Franchise owner James Sirotnak held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, October 21 to Sunday, October 25 to support Make-A-Wish Foundation and Mid-Valley Elementary School.
The new restaurant, located at Koroneos Plaza 2, 539 Scranton Carbondale Hwy., circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to Make-A-Wish Foundation or Mid-Valley Elementary School.
“Bringing the Jersey Mike’s brand to the Mid-Valley area brings me back to the community I grew up in,” said Sirotnak. “I know so many individuals who went to the Mid-Valley Elementary School and it feels very natural to raise funds for them. Also, it is important to raise funds and awareness for the Make-A Wish Foundation in remembrance of my friend’s daughter, Simone. Through our grand opening we are able to partner with these two great organizations and welcome some familiar and new faces into our store!”
