December 01, 2015 // Franchising.com // Edmond, OK – Jimmy’s Egg, LLC will open the 46th Jimmy’s Egg® at 5 Clifton Country Road, Clifton Park, NY, on Monday, December 14, 2015. This will be the 31st restaurant to open outside of the Oklahoma City metropolitan area and will employ approximately 25 people.
The new restaurant is approximately 3200 square-feet and will seat 124 customers in booths, tables or at the counter where customers get a front row seat to the open kitchen concept. The restaurant provides free Wi-Fi internet access to customers and will offer hot breakfast and lunch catering options to the community.
Former Queensbury resident, Rob Marquardt signed a new area development agreement for Albany, New York, with the Clifton Park location the first of four locations set to open in the area. Over the past two decades, the 1992 graduate of Queensbury High School and a 1996 graduate from Michigan State University has been involved with many successful restaurant concepts.

Jimmy's Egg will bring Clifton Park residents fresh Cracked to Order® three-egg omelettes, full cups of coffee, and fresh-baked breads served by an attentive staff. For those reasons I am certain that Jimmy’s Egg will become a favorite eatery to the residents in the Capitol Region” said Marquardt.
