Operating Partner Celebrates With Fundraiser

Operating Partner Kel Johnson held a grand opening fundraiser from Wednesday, December 16 to Wednesday, December 23 to support Forestville Road Elementary School PTA, Hodge Road Elementary School PTA and Lockhart Elementary School PTA.

The new restaurant, located in Shoppes at Midway Plantation at 6727-C Knightdale Blvd., circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Forestville Road Elementary School PTA, Hodge Road Elementary School PTA or Lockhart Elementary School PTA.

“I have been working with Jersey Mike’s for six years and been a manager for the past two years,” said Johnson. “The Knightdale store speaks to not only my growth as an operating partner but also the growth of the Jersey Mike’s brand within the greater Raleigh area. I am especially looking forward to opening up in the Knightdale area to introduce our high quality sub sandwiches to the Knightdale community. For me the schools have always been the number one organization to support and that is why we chose to partner with them during our grand opening fundraiser.”
