Ramirez will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources function. His primary role will be to supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training, budget, and labor relations. His secondary role will be to recruit, retain, and inspire talented people to join the City Wide family.

Before joining City Wide, Ramirez served as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for CARSTAR Franchise Systems, Inc., the largest network of collision repair professionals in North America. He was responsible for aligning corporate human resources initiatives with CARSTAR’s organizational strategy to guide the growth of the franchise system. Ramirez plans to leverage more than two decades of human relations experience, which includes executive coaching, recruiting, and employee relations, in his new role with City Wide.
