Fast-Growing Franchise Announces New COO

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - June 01, 2016 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Amazing Lash Studio Franchise, the fastest-growing franchisor of eyelash extension studios, announced today the appointment of Heather Elrod to Chief Operating Officer. She comes to the Amazing Lash Studio with decades of executive leadership in the beauty, medical spa, and franchise sectors, where she has extensive leadership and management experience in training, operations and systems implementation, business development, finance, marketing, and organizational development.

Ms. Elrod comes to Amazing Lash Studio Franchise with an esteemed career. Most recently, Ms. Elrod was the founder of SkinPhD, Inc., a cosmeceutical and prescriptive skin care manufacturer. SkinPhD is an award-winning, multi-cultural product portfolio that was selected “best” in anti-aging on The Dr. Oz Show and was awarded a Top 10 Aesthetic Company by Aesthetic Everything. In 2005, Elrod was one of the first women to be voted onto the International Franchise Association Board. She served on the Women’s Franchise and Distribution Forum Board, an entity committed to the growth and success of women-owned business through franchise channels. She also served as a business development and franchise consultant for companies including Procter and Gamble.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, cum laude from the University of Texas.
