Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First American Fork/Lehi Location
August 16, 2016 // Franchising.com // Lehi, UT - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in American Fork/Lehi on August 10. Franchise owners Brett Lewis and TC Krueger held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, August 10 to Saturday, August 13 to support Jimmerosity.
The new restaurant, located at 50 N. 1200 East, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Jimmerosity.
“The first time I had Jersey Mike’s was in North Carolina,” said Krueger. “It was that first bite that had me hooked on the brand. The #9 Club Supreme is my favorite! Between the food and the culture of Jersey Mike’s, we were psyched to have the opportunity to become franchisees in Utah.
“For our second grand opening, we have partnered up with Jimmerosity,” Krueger added. “Being the sports fans that we are, we decided this would be the best charity to support and they are very well known in the community.” The foundation was established in 2012 by 2011 National Basketball Player of the Year and Brigham Young University Cougar, Jimmer Fredette and his family. Both Lewis and Krueger are BYU alumni, and they look forward to seeing everyone come out and support a great cause.
