The new restaurant, located at 13543 NW Cornell Road, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 amount contribution to Sunset High School.

“We’re very fortunate to open our doors in Portland and continue serving our authentic product and customer experience,” said Ray Neyens, franchisee. “As a tradition at Jersey Mike’s, our grand opening will focus on supporting the community through a 5-day fundraiser. We chose to partner with Sunset High School to raise money for their school. We will also be adding a second part to our fundraising efforts where we give back $3 for every fundraiser coupon redeemed over the first 10 days of our grand opening.”
